As a purely volunteer organisation, the concept of contributing to the community runs deep within Radio Mansfield.
The Radio Mansfield Scholarship program has been developed to encourage and enable emerging individuals within the community to strive toward their full potential in the fields of vocal or instrumental performance, sound production and/or event related technical skills.
In naming the various awards after significant key people of the station, the scholarship program honours those who have contributed greatly to Radio Mansfield’s success.
In 2026 these honourees are:
Keith Rogers
Keith joined Radio Mansfield in its formative days. With a technical background he offered his services as the in-house tech guru, and not long later commenced as a presenter specialising in blues and jazz which earned him accolades across the country.
