These members – past and present – have made significant contributions to our station:
Dave Arbothnot was one of the original members of the station and has been a presenter, President, V President and committee member many times over the years.
Tim Crawford was one of the founding members of the station and has been a presenter off and on for many years.
Chris Deutscher was also one of the founding members of the station holding the position of President, V President, Treasurer and committee member many times over the years. He came up with our tagline ‘Your voice in the high country’.
Keith Rogers long time Technical officer and blues presenter with the station, also has had many roles on the committee over the years.
John Coffey commenced presenting in 2014 and has been President, V President, Treasurer and committee member many times since then.
Marg Seeber started presenting at Mountain District Radio in 1986 and commenced presenting at Radio Mansfield in 2017. Marg has been a former President, V President and committee member many times over the years.
Robert Voice has been a great asset to the station, bringing his electrical engineering skills to the station. His help in designing the new studios was invaluable. Rob does wonderful, often unseen things behind the scenes to keep us on air.
Ian Mallyon has worked tirelessly behind the scenes producing all our sponsorship mp3’s. Ian’s promptness, talent and creativity has been a real bonus to the station. Our adverts are as good as, if not better than most other community stations, winning an X award a few years back for the best community announcement.
Dallas Daniel has been with the station for many years and has held many roles on the committee during this time. Dallas’s Wednesday breakfast show is one of the most popular programs.
Greg Wilder (and his dog) present a popular blues show and fill in often when others are away. Greg has also participated on the committee.
