Simone runs Heirloom Naturally, an organic market garden in Mansfield. Spending her time in the field, she has her dogs, sheep, highland cows and heirloom vegetables to keep her company, and of course, fabulous music from the 1980's to sing along to. They say plants grow better with music - it seems heirlooms love the 80's too!
